Founded in 2006 by Craig Jennings, with a roster consisting of Funeral For A Friend, Bullet For My Valentine, Gallows, Fightstar and Yourcodenameis:milo, Raw Power Management has gone from strength to strength ever since. Today the company looks after a roster of internationally successful acts including Bullet For My Valentine, Bring Me The Horizon and Of Mice & Men. Always retaining its punk spirited can-do ethos, over the last nine years, Raw Power has also nurtured new talent and remains dedicated to the development of artists within the rock, metal and alternative sector.
By 2010, Raw Power had powered the success stories behind Gallows, Fightstar and Young Guns. Young Guns’ second album ‘Bones’ played strongly in the US market, with its title track being #1 song at Active Rock Radio in 2013.
In 2011, Raw Power Management opened an office in Los Angeles, CA, USA, headed by Matt Ash, followed shortly by the first American acts to join the roster (Of Mice & Men and Miss May I). International expansion has continued ever since with the recent signings of US acts Atreyu and Cane Hill and Japanese act Coldrain.
Though not exclusive, two strategic partnerships have been established; in recording with Spinefarm/Universal for the label: ‘Search and Destroy’ and in publishing with BMG. Search and Destroy, originally a JV with Sony, focused on new talent with the first releases (Don Broco’s ‘Priorities’ and While She Sleeps’ ‘This Is The Six’) achieving top ten positions in the UK. Raw Power has also been active in the brand business on behalf of its artists with appropriate campaigns being executed for Coca-Cola, Relentless, Samsung, Foot Locker, Monster Energy, Red Bull, Nike, Jagermeister, Converse, Vans and Dr Martens.
Building on the company’s previous success, 2016 is set to be a very strong year for Raw Power, with multiple albums scheduled for release, numerous sell-out tours across four continents and a strong summer Festival season already booked. A truly global company dedicated to the success of its artists.
